Top ten of ‘Sera Kantha 2017’ united after five years 

After five years, the top ten finalists of the music show ‘Sera Kantha 2017’ were united together for an event on December 7 at Bengal-Blueberry restaurant in Gulshan. Journalist Ovi Moinuddin arranged the get-together party under the patronage of Mesbah-ul-Alam Saju, fashion designer and founder and managing director of McCoy. 

Those who attended the event are- Sumana, Trisha, Nannu, Tariq Mridha, Apple, Tinni, Moumita, and Adiba. After five long years, everyone was very excited to come together in an event.

Wishing a bit of good luck to those who are going to take part in ‘Sera Kantha 2023’, Nannu said, “Music is a matter of devotion, there is no alternative.”

Tariq Mridha said, “In National Film Award there are two categories in singer-Best Singer, Best Female Singer. I will demand that both men and women should be placed as the champion of Sera Kantha 2023.” 

Trisha said, “The participants of the Sera Kantha 2023 are lucky that they are getting Runa Laila Mam, Rezwana Choudhury Bannya Mam, and Samina Mam as the chief judges.”  

2017 Champion Sumana said, “We didn’t have original songs in our time. Now let’s keep the episode of the original song.” 

Founder of McCoy Saju said, “My organisation is proud and happy to be associated with such an event.”
