Celebrities welcome 2023

Dighi

The actress celebrated her father’s birthday on New Year’s Eve. She planned to spend the first day of the year with her family. Dighi will resume her work on January 3 by performing at a show in Rajarbagh Police Line. At the end of January, she will start shooting for RTV’s web film ‘Fera’ directed by Sumon Dhar. She expects to have more workload with time.

Kumar Bishwajit

The popular singer gave his cordial love and also wished a happy new year to all. The singer will have a busy time in January as he has to deal with his son’s National Identity Card and process the license plate of his car. He will also have meetings with his colleague for a programme based on the songs he sang in his four decades of career. There will be a stage show on January 14 in Dhaka and a concert on January 20.

Akhi Alamgir

The singer spent the last month performing in concerts. She decided to spend the first day of the new year with her family. The singer will be attending a function in Chattogram today. Apart from that, like in previous years, she will have many shows in 2023. She also plans to release original songs along with cover songs from her own YouTube channel this year. She believes one can live happily only if everyone in the world is happy. She wants everyone to be happy this year and wants prayers so that she and her family can be happy too.

Chanchal Chowdhury

The new year is not so happy for this versatile actor. He is upset at the moment as he lost his father a few days ago. Yet he wished a happy English New Year to everyone. “I’ve lost my biggest support. I’m suffering from that loss. Despite this, work negotiations and what preparations are needed to be made for work must be taken.”

The new face of the industry Sadia Ayman ended her year with a blast, as her first web film, ‘Mayashalik’ was released a few days back. She also won the BCRA Award for Best Newcomer for her performance. The actress will spend the day with her family. From January 4, she will return to the shooting floor for shooting a drama directed by Chayanika Chowdhury.
