Apu Biswas completes shooting for ‘Chhayabaji’

Popular Dhallywood actress Apu Biswas completed shooting for her OTT debut project ‘Chhayabaji’. Directed by Syed Shakil, Apu Biswas will play dual roles in this web film. The actress expressed her satisfaction with this project.

“I worked with Tariq Anam Khan in this web film. It made me very happy. I was mesmerised by watching the actions of this talented actor. It made me feel fortunate to have this opportunity. Thanks to Syed Shakil for making this web film and also making us a part of it,” said Apu.

The actress also shared her experience working with newcomers like, Mousumi Mou. “Mou is very serious about her acting. She has a strong family background aside from the fact that Mou is a down-to-earth person. If she keeps working like this, I believe Mou will shine in the future. My best wishes are always with her,” said the actress.

Mou will play the role of a police officer in this web film. The youngster also shared her experience and said, “I’m grateful to the Almighty for his blessings. I’m also thankful to the director for casting me. I feel very fortunate to work with Apu Biswas. She was really affectionate and helpful to me. I had an amazing experience working on this project,’ said Mou.

Apu Biswas started to work on the web film on December 18. The story of this film is based on a psycho-thriller story written by Shahabuddin Ahmed. She will soon start working on a film.

Apart from that Apu started to work on the post-production work of the film ‘Laal Sari’. Apu hopes to finish the film soon. After that, the actress is planning to release the film on a special occasion this year. The government-granted film casts Symon Sadik alongside Apu in the lead role.
