Dipjol to make OTT debut with ‘Kabadi’

Popular villains of Dhallywood Monowar Hossain Dipjol will make his OTT debut with a web series titled ‘Kabadi’. He will be sharing the screen with another popular villain Misa Sawdagar. The trailer of the web series was released by the makers recently.

Dipjol and Misha are going to share the screen after a long time with this web series directed by Rubayet Mahamud. Earlier they acted in several films like ‘Chacchu’ ‘Koti Takar Kabin’, ‘Dadi Ma’.

The series is a comedy thriller, where four friends try to solve the mystery of a video footage. They also try to find out the relationship between this mysterious video footage and 10 crore taka.

“The audience will love the comedy here. They will have so much fun watching this. Because Dipjol and Misha Sawdagor are both just amazing”, said Rubayet Mahamud.

The series also casts Sayed Zaman Shawon, Tamim Mridha, Khairul Basar, Sadia Ayman and Kamrun Nahar Dana, and Morshed Mishu among others. The series is produced by Quiet on Set under the supervision of Setu Mahmud, executive producer of Big Fish Entertainment. The story of this series has been written by Tamzid Rahman.

The web series is set to release in Bioscope on January 10. A few days ago, the title song of the series ‘Jiboner Kono Life Nai, Life Er Nai Kono Jibon’ was released. Penned by Rajib Ashraf, the song is composed by Chirkut band member Zahid Nirav and sung by Pantha Kanai. The background music of the series is also composed by Zahid Nirav.
