Night-long ‘Bangla Khayal Utsab’ Jan 31

The 10th edition of ‘Bangla Khayal Utsab’ is set to be held on January 31. Channel i has been organising the music festival for the last nine years. The night-long music fiesta will begin at 5pm on January 31 and will continue till 9am of February 1.

With ‘Bangla Khayal Utsab’ for the year 2023 just around the corner, a press meet was arranged at Channel i office on Sunday. Channel i Director and Head of News Shykh Seraj and veteran music exponent Selina Azad and Oikko.com.bd chairman Sayera Reza spoke about the festival in details.

Channel i Director and Head of News Shykh Seraj, veteran music exponent Leena Taposhi Khan, Dr Asit Ray, Harun Ar Rashid, Selina Azad, Salauddin Ahmed, Karim Shahbuddin, among others will attend the inaugural ceremony of the Bangla Khayal Utsab.

From the inception, Channel i is working to spread the different aspects of culture in the country. Led by late music exponent Azad Rahman, Channel i is organising ‘Khayal Utsab’ since 2017. Over the years, the audience of classical music has been increasing.
