Season 2 comes with live screening at Rabindra Sharobor today

Coke Studio Bangla is back with Season 2 on February 14. To kickstart season 2, a live screening session will take place today at 4:30 pm at Dhanmondi Rabindra Sharobor in the capital. Along with that, the screening will take place at 5 other locations across 4 divisions, including Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna and Sylhet simultaneously.

Coke Studio Artists and Shayan Chowdhury Arnob will be present as special guests at the event.

There will be another screening at American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) today at 4:00 pm. The new season will also begin today. More than 20 artists from across Bangladesh will come together to create over ten memorable tracks with soulful musical fusions, dynamic performances and more.

Artistes like Runa Laila and Indian classical musician, Ustad Rashid Khan are likely to be part of the mix this season. Apart from that, James might also be a part of the show this time.

The season will feature a wide range of artists from diverse backgrounds and present multiple genres of music.

Recently, Coke Studio Bangla has on-boarded one of the largest music streaming service providers, Spotify, as its official music streaming partner. The partnership will also enable the artists of Coke Studio Bangla to share their music with Spotify’s 456 million active users, including 195 million subscribers, across over 180 markets.

Coke Studio Bangla season 1 began its journey last year with the song ‘Nasek Nasek’, on the month of International Mother Language Day.
