An award ceremony titled ‘Shikshaguru Sammanna 2023’ along with a book launch event took place on Thursday in the capital. The event had been organized by the Ali-Rupa Foundation and Madiha Marsiha Advertising.
Bangladesh National Museum Chairman AAMS Arefin Siddique was present at the event as the chief guest while actress Dilara Zaman was present as the chief guest.
Multiple teachers and mentors of entertainment industry celebrities, including Tariq Anam Khan, Ferdous Ahmed’s mentor in acting, Chatku Ahmed, music teacher Ferdous Ara, and many others, were awarded at the event.
A science fiction novel, ‘Ice Planet’ written by Badrul Alam, was also launched at the event.
Actors Masood Ali Khan, Ferdous, Chanchal Chowdhury, Mosharraf Karim, actresses Tania, Tareen, Shabnam, Mandira, singer Khurshid Alam, Fahmida Nabi, Kona and others expressed their views on the book before launching it.
