Rashmika Mandanna refuses to dance to ‘Saami Saami’ anymore

Actress Rashmika Mandanna feels she could develop back problems with age because of how much she danced to the song. According to the Hindustan Times, the actress interacted with her fans via an AMA (ask me anything) session on Twitter on Monday, where when a fan told her that he wants to groove with her to her famous song ‘Saami Saami’ from Pushpa: The Rise, Rashmika said she’s danced ‘too many times’ to the song.

Rashmika tweeted in response, “I’ve done the Saami Saami step to many times that now I feel like I’ll have issues with my back when I get older… why you do this to me re… let’s do something else when me meet (sic).”

As part of her AMA session on Twitter, Rashmika also said that she’s manifesting another film with Vijay to happen soon.

Mandanna, who works primarily in Kannada and Telugu films, is best known for her performances in movies such as ‘Geetha Govindam’, ‘Devadas’, ‘Yajamana’ and ‘Dear Comrade’.

The actress was last seen in the film ‘Mission Majnu’ where she played the role of a blind woman. Her film ‘Animal’ will is slated to release on August 11. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol.
