After a hiatus, actor Ziaul Faruq Apurba and National Film Award-winning actress Zakia Bari Mamo are set to make their comeback with the teledrama ‘Phul Phutanor Din’. The drama has been directed by SR Mozumder.
The drama, titled ‘Phul Phutanor Din’, is based on the story by Mohiuddin Khaled which has been dramatized by Brata Roy and SR Mozumder.
The drama is set to air on Maasranga Television on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
Speaking about the drama, Apurba said, “I have acted in several dramas directed by SR Mozumder before, and I have always received positive feedback for those. The dramas always have a message for society, which is why I enjoy working under his direction. I hope viewers will enjoy the story of this drama.”
Apurba and Mamo have worked together in several popular dramas in the past, and their on-screen chemistry is widely appreciated.
Apurba expressed his excitement about working again with Mamo, saying, “Working with Mamo is always a great experience. Acting becomes enjoyable when you work with people with whom you have a good working relationship.”
Mamo has recently acted in the movie ‘Ora 7 Jon’ directed by Khijir Hayat Khan and the play ‘Olot Palot’ directed by Abul Hayat.
Meanwhile, Apurba has acted in the drama ‘Priyo Paribar’ directed by Rubel Hasan, where he plays the role of the father opposite Tareen Jahan. Apurba is optimistic about the drama and the drama is also releasing this Eid. Besides Apurbo and Tareen the play, casts Shahed Ali, Syed Zaman Shaon, Makhnoon Sultana Mahima, and Rukaiya Jahan Chamak, among others.
