Maverick television host and director Hanif Sanket makes teledrama every year during Eid. Keeping up with the trend, Hanif Sanket is all set to entertain the viewers with a special drama this Eid-ul-Fitr too. The drama titled ‘Barighar Apon Por’ is set to air on ATN Bangla at 8:50 PM on Eid day.
The story of the drama is different as it provides a unique taste and variety, and also carries a social message, making it more attractive to the audience. The shooting of the drama took place at the shooting house of Fagun Audio Vision in the Mirpur area.
The story revolves around a newly married woman’s social status and her thoughts about various compromises she has to make in her life, whether it be in her family, work, or personal life.
The drama casts Abul Hayat, Dilara Zaman, Shahiduzzaman Selim, Mir Sabbir, Tareen Jahan, Shajal Noor, Lutfor Rahman George, and others.
The opening music of the play is written by Mohammad Rafiquzzaman, while Hanif Sanket composed the music while the vocals are given by Pulak and Riyad.
Hanif Sanket first appeared on television on the show ‘Jodi Kichhu Mone Na Koren’ in the 1980s. Later, he moved on to create his TV show ‘Ityadi’, which successfully pioneered a televised comedy programme in Bangladesh and went on to be-come the most popular TV show in the country. He also produces drama during the Eid seasons.
Sanket also produced other shows - Jhalak, Kothar Kotha, Eid Annondo Mela, Prothom Alo Awards Program, and Bangla Vision 6th Anniversary Programmes.
