‘Journey’ underway at Galleri Kaya

The first solo exhibition of Aloptogin Tushar, titled ‘Journey’ is underway at Galleri Kaya in the capital.

Artist Hashem Khan inaugurated the exhibition on May 5 at the gallery premises. The exhibition includes art made with mediums of pencil, coal, ink, glass marker, water colour, acrylic, oil, soft pastel, lithograph, and mixed media; comprising 87 artworks on display.

Described as a devoted painter and artist by his peers, Tushar has created many paintings and drawings in various mediums throughout his career.

Along with his academic contribution, Tushar’s participation in Bangladesh’s current art phenomenon has been exemplary. His exhibition “Journey” will continue until May 19, open to all from 11 am to 8 pm at Galleri Kaya.
