The trailer offers a glimpse into the captivating world of ‘Sultanpur,’ focusing on the border and its intriguing story. The border region, depicted in the film, serves as a melting pot of diverse cultures and trades, creating an air of mystery and excitement. The trailer hints at elements such as smuggling, bootlegging, power struggles, drug trafficking, and a captivating portrayal of a drug kingpin.
‘Sultanpur,’ casts Ashish Khandekar, AK Azad Shetu, Suman Farooq, Sanju John, Adhara Khan, Rashed Mamun Apu, Moumita Mou, Shaheen Mridha and many others. The film, based on a story by Asad Zaman, promises to deliver a gripping cinematic experience set against the backdrop of the border region.
Expressing his thoughts on the film at the occasion of trailer release, Saikat Nasir said, “The story of the film is the hero itself.”
He emphasised the significance of the film’s narrative, claiming that ‘Sultanpur’ holds a special place in his heart. Nasir further shared his approach to casting, prioritizing skilled actors over established stars, believing that every character in the movie contributes to its overall impact. He expressed confidence in the audience’s satisfaction with the film.
Lead actress Adhara Khan, reflecting on her involvement in the film, shared, “It has been a nearly three-year journey leading up to release of ‘Sultanpur’. I believe the audience will be drawn to the captivating story at the movie’s core, and they will find it highly engaging.”
