Shariful Razz is now once again at the centre of a heated discussion involving two other actresses. After Bidya Sinha Saha Mim, the new controversy started as several photos and videos from Razz’s personal Facebook account went viral on Monday night, featuring actresses Sunerah Binte Kamal and Tanjin Tisha.
Following the incident, Sunerah Binte Kamal took to Facebook at midnight to address the issue. She wrote, “I’ve known Razz for more than 10 years, and he used to be my best friend. We all know how we talk to our best friends. The only problem you think of is that he is a guy and I am a girl. I had almost no contact with him after he got married. That day I met him at a dubbing studio, and we all clicked a photo. I’m not sure how it’s wrong to take photos with your old friends. His wife got mad at me for no reason.”
Regarding the leaked videos, Sunerah clarified, “The videos that you see are from five years ago when we were young and were just joking around and also tried to talk like we did because we literally practiced every day and every way possible during ‘No Dorai’. Because we (especially I) had to get used to the slang we used in the film. The one photo I sent him that day was to let him know that after how I got beaten up in the shoot.”
Insinuating that Pori Moni is behind all the controversy and leaked photos and videos, Sunerah warns, “Please don’t make a big deal out of it because surely his ID was hacked by we all know who, who doesn’t need a reason to make a fuss about anything in public. I will take legal action against everyone spreading these things and harassing me.”
Pori Moni, though, said she doesn’t know Sunerah and made the counter-accusation that Sunerah internationally leaked the footage and Razz’s Facebook was not hacked at all.
Pori Moni shared this information with a prominent online portal. She said, “I was having a pretty good family life. But it seems like many people don’t like it. So they are trying to create issues. All have seen how they react when drunk. However, people think that I drink all the alcohol in the country! All others are like holy basil. That girl was threatened with legal action. It seems like the law works only for her. There is a limit to patience! I think she (Sunerah) is trying to break my family,” said Pori Moni.
The videos and pictures, which remained online for approximately 20 minutes before the deletion and deactivation of the account, have received considerable attention and criticism on social media platforms.
