Tamannaah Bhatia marks her OTT debut with ‘Jee Karda’

Renowned actress Tamannaah Bhatia has released the teaser for her upcoming web series, ‘Jee Karda’, showcasing a captivating tale of love and friendship. The actress, known for her exceptional performances on the silver screen, is all set to make her mark in the digital world. Joining her in this exciting venture is talented actor Aashim Gulati, widely recognized for his role in the popular series ‘Taj’.

Set to premiere on Prime Video on June 15, ‘Jee Karda’ revolves around the lives of seven inseparable childhood friends. The story takes a surprising turn when two of them, fueled by alcohol, decide to tie the knot following a spontaneous proposal. However, as the wedding festivities commence, they gradually realize that their impulsive decision was a mistake.

The teaser begins by introducing the audience to the close-knit group of friends, showcasing their bond that has withstood the test of time. At a lively party, one of the friends, portrayed by Suhail Nayyar, proposes to Tamannaah’s character, Lavanya, who happily accepts. Doubts arise when Aashim Gulati’s character questions Suhail about the proposal, suspecting it may have been made under the influence of alcohol. Despite their reservations, they proceed with the wedding preparations, having experienced numerous adventures together, ranging from vacations to even supporting each other through difficult times.
