Apu Biswas ‘Lal Shari’ to release next Eid

Actress Apu Biswas has successfully concluded all aspects of the much-anticipated movie “Lal Shari”, a government-sponsored project. Under the direction of Bandhan Biswas, “Lal Shari” has been a passion project for Apu Biswas.

Speaking confidently Apu Biswas said, “When we talk about commercial cinema for the upcoming Eid, it usually refers to the film ‘Priyotoma’ starring Shakib Khan. I am not at all worried about the other films that will be released. That’s why I will submit my produced film ‘Lal Shari’ for censor clearance early next week.”

“If we receive the censor clearance properly, then ‘Lal Shari’ will be released next Eid. I am also preparing everything for the film’s release. Those who were with me are still by my side, they have given me courage and inspiration. That’s why I have become more optimistic. The rest will be seen. But I want everyone’s blessings for my dreams to come true around the ‘Lal Shari’,” she added.

Sharing the screen with Apu Biswas in “Lal Shari” are Symon Sadik, Sumit Sengupta, Dilruba Doyel, Shahed Ali, Mahmudul Islam Mithu,Subrato, Reveka Rouf, Gulshan Ara Popi and many more.

Earlier, about the government-fund worth Tk 6,50,000 Apu Biswas posted, “Thank you honourable Prime Minister for supporting Bangla films, I hope she will be standing by Bangla films always like this. May all Bangladeshi films be victorious.”

Notably, Apu Biswas recently marked her debut in the realm of web films with the release of “Chayabaji” on RTV’s OTT platform, receiving accolades for her performance. It is worth mentioning that prior to working under the direction of Bandhan Biswas, Apu Biswas showcased her acting prowess in a film titled “Chaya Brikkho.”
