Shah Rukh Khan calls himself a biased father

In a recent ‘Ask Me Anything’ session on Twitter, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan expressed his excitement and pride as his daughter, Suhana Khan, prepares to make her film debut in Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming Netflix film, “The Archies.” Shah Rukh extended his best wishes to the team and shared his feelings as a doting father.

Taking to Twitter, Shah Rukh wrote, “Ok 15 minutes #AskSRK because we all need our 15 minutes of Game.” One of his fans asked him, “Archies coming on Netflix. How do you feel as a proud father?”

Responding to the question, Shah Rukh expressed, “Father bias and excitement will always be there, but looking forward to a Zoya Akhtar film actually.” Just before the Q&A session, Shah Rukh had also shared the new poster of “The Archies” on his Twitter handle.

Recollecting his own childhood memories of reading Archie Comics, SRK tweeted, “I remember when I was young (millions of years ago), I would book my Archie’s Digest in advance to rent. Nostalgia. I hope Big Moose is also in the film! All the best to the whole cast and love.”

Suhana Khan is the only daughter and middle child of Shah Rukh and his wife, interior designer Gauri Khan. She has an elder brother, Aryan Khan, who is an entrepreneur and is also venturing into the industry as a writer-director for his first series. The Khan family also includes their younger sibling, AbRam Khan, who is currently pursuing his studies.

Suhana completed her higher studies in New York and is now poised to make her mark in the film industry with “The Archies,” an Indian adaptation of the popular comic book series.
