Emraan Hashmi to dominate South Cinema with Pawan Kalyan in ‘OG’

Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi has confirmed his entry into the South Indian film industry with the upcoming gangster drama “OG.” Directed by Sujeeth and produced by DVV Danayya under the DVV Entertainments banner, the film stars Emraan Hashmi and the acclaimed South Indian actor Pawan Kalyan in lead roles, according to The Telegraph India.

Emraan Hashmi, best known for his performances in movies like “Murder”, “Aashiq Banaya Aapne” and “Hamari Adhuri Kahani” is all set to portray the antagonist in this action-packed venture.

Expressing his enthusiasm, the actor stated, “I am excited to embark on this new journey in the South Indian film industry with OG. The movie has a strong and gripping script; it offers me a challenging role. Joining the cast alongside Emraan Hashmi and Pawan Kalyan is talented Tamil actress Sriya Reddy, who has been roped in to play a significant role in the film. Additionally, veteran actor Prakash Raj will also feature in a prominent role in this highly anticipated gangster movie.

While major portions of the film have already been shot in Mumbai, the production team is now gearing up for the next phase of shooting in Hyderabad. With its captivating storyline and intense performances, OG promises to be an enthralling cinematic experience.
