Bangladeshi singer Shithi becomes ‘Didi No 1’

Popular Bangladeshi singer Shithi Saha becomes a winner of an episode of Zee Bangla’s popular reality show ‘Didi Number One’.

The 73rd episode of the ninth season of the show was aired on Thursday at 5:30 pm Bangladesh time. Sithi got the highest number 54 by taking part in it.

She has beaten the other three Indian competitors by playing games, participating in songs, and instant intelligence tests.

Actress and ‘Didi No 1’ host Rachana Banerjee handed over the trophy, gold necklace and various gift hampers to the winner Shithi Saha.

The ninth season of ‘Didi Number One’ started its airing in February this year. The event has gained a lot of popularity among the viewers of Kolkata as well as Bangladesh.

After the announcement of Shithi Saha as the winner of the episode, it has been reported in various media that he has become the champion of the ninth season.

Zee Bangla authorities have not yet organised any grand finale for the ninth season.

According to the rules of the competition, the winner with the highest score in each episode is declared a winner. Shithi has been the best of an episode.

The show began airing in 2010. June Malia and Debashree Roy were seen performing in place of Rachna Banerjee, but Rachna Banerjee had to return at the request of the audience.
