Chayanika announces ‘Prohelika’

Director Chayanika Chowdhury has announced her second film marking the occasion of the valentines day . She has registered the name of the film at the office of the Board of Directors at BFDC on Monday.

The film , titled ‘Prohelika’ , is written by Pantho Shahriar.

Chayanika has confirmed the news to The Business Post.

She said, “I registered my first film ‘Biswasundari’ on February 14, 2019. I announced the second film on 14th February. This is my Valentine’s Day gift for the audience.”

Chayanika further said that Pantho Shahriar has written the story, dialogue and screenplay of ‘Prohelika’ .

“The story of this film will revolve around mystery,love and complexities of human relationship. I don’t want to disclose any further details,” she added.

According to the director, the shooting of the film will be starting on May. The audience will know the details of the film after few months hopefully.

Chayanika has recently completed the shooting of the web series ‘Ohongkari Bou’ featuring D A Tayeb and Pori Moni in the lead role.

Chayanika’s directorial debut film ‘Bishwoshundori’ has garnered a lot of positive reviews from the audience. The film stars Siam Ahmed and Pori Moni in the lead role.
