Pop singer Kaniz Suborna makes film debut with ‘Subornabhumi’

Pop singer Kaniz Suborna has made her big-screen debut with the film titled ‘Subornabhumi’ directed and written by Zahid Hossain. The shooting of the film has recently started in a shooting house in Pubail. In this film, Kaniz Suborna has played the character of Shefali.

Regarding her acting, Kaniz Suborna said, “I have agreed to act in the film because of the interest of producer Kudrat-i-Khuda uncle and director Zahid Uncle. They have pushed me to do the film. After learning about the story and the character, I acted in the film with great interest. I loved the storyline and character I am playing. I don’t know how I did it, but I tried my best.”

“Earlier, I performed in an item song for a film. But this is the first time I am acting in a film. Acting in a film is actually a huge thing. I’m feeling very nervous. But I am trying my best”, she added.

The film is being made under the production house of Kaniz subona’s uncle Kudrat-i-Khuda.

The producer of the film, Kudrat-i-Khuda said, “I have established Kaniz as a singer for the music world since her childhood. Mainly Kaniz is acting in the film as I wanted Suborna to act in the film. It can be said that it is just a practice of acting. I will be producing another film later, where Subarna will play the lead role. Thanks to my friend Zahid Hossain for making the film ‘Subornabhumi’.”

It is difficult for Kaniz Suborna to become a regular singer as she has to spend a lot of time with her two children Ayman Amir Ahmed, Ajman Aryan Ahmed, because her parents and siblings are living outside the country. Kaniz Suborna started her career at a young age. She released her first album comprising 12 songs composed by Ayub Bacchu which was a hit.

Her popular songs include, ‘Tumi Nissho Kore Dao’, ‘Sha La La La’, ‘Eito Ami Tomar Achi’, and ‘Valobashi Jare’.
