Shirin Shila sings for new film

Actress Shirin Shila signed up for a new film titled ‘Shesh Baji’ on April 28. Under the direction of Mehedi Hasan, the shooting of the film is expected to be released soon.

“Earlier I acted in Mehedi Hasan’s ‘Nadir Jole Shapla Bhase’. Mehedi always tries to work with much care. I really liked the story and my character too. I feel like I have been waiting to work on such a story. Moreover, I have faith in Mehedi Hasan. I hope he will make the film with much more passion than ever,” said Shila.

Meanwhile, Shila has started working on the film titled ‘The Writer’ under the direction of Apurba Rana. She will be seen in the role of a police officer in the film.

Besides, Shila has also acted in the films ‘Bhalobashi Tomay’, ‘Jajabar’ and ‘Bachelor in Trip’.

Mehedi Hasan’s ‘Nadir Jole Shapla Bhase’ is yet to be released. The film casts Anisur Rahman Milon opposite Shila.

Shirin Shila’s last film, ‘Birangana 71’ was released last December. Directed by M Sakhawat Hossain, the film tells the story of the Liberation War of Bangladesh. Shirin Shila played the role of war heroine Joybun in the film.
