Two NZ players arrive in Dhaka

New Zealand players Colin de Grandhomme and Finn Allen in Dhaka on Friday from London ahead of their five-match twenty20 international series against Bangladesh.

The rest of the squad will be arriving in Bangladesh on August 24.

Both Allen and Grandhomme were playing in ‘The 100’, a new franchise-based tournament in a new format of 100 deliveries.

They are currently in isolation at the Hotel Intercontinental in Dhaka where both sides and officials related to the match will be staying for the length of the series.

Earlier, New Zealand announced a second-string side for their Bangladesh series as none of the players from their T20 World Cup squad were included. – TBP
