Saifuddin picked by Bangla Tigers

All-rounder Saifuddin was picked by Bangla Tigers in the player’s draft of the fifth season of the T10 league, going to take place at Abu Dhabi.

Earlier, the franchise picked Bangladeshi players like Nasir Hossain, Afif Hossain in the fold but this time they have brought in some international stars to bolster the strength.

Saifuddin is the only cricketer from Bangladesh who was picked by Bengal Tigers during the draft but his participation is yet uncertain because the start of the tournament clashes with the national team’s schedule.

The fifth season of the T10 league will start on November 19 and Bangladesh are scheduled to face Pakistan in the first T20I of the three-match series on the very same day.

Saifuddin is on BCB’s central contract list for T20I and ODIs.

BCB usually don’t issue a No Objection Certificate to players for taking part in a foreign league during the national team’s commitment. – TBP
