Warner recreates 'Ronaldo' moment

Australian opener David Warner recreated a `Cristiano Ronaldo’ moment when he removed a pair of Coca-Cola bottles during the post-match press conference after winning against Sri Lanka in the ICC T20 World Cup on Thursday.

Portuguese football star Ronaldo, while attending a press conference before the match against Hungary during the Euro 2020 in June, removed bottle of Coca-Cola and lifted a bottle of water.

This act by the football star triggered a drop in Coca-Cola’s share price causing a loss of approximately $4 billion.

Warner, after the match in Dubai where he struck 65 runs from 42 balls helping his side to win by seven wickets against Sri Lanka, came to face the media. Before the start of the question-answer session he removed two Coca-Cola bottles and said, “If it’s not good enough for Cristiano, it’s not good enough for me”. – TBP
