From Chattogram to Pakistan

Shaun Tait, the stand-in coach for Chattogram Challengers, has been appointed as the pace bowling coach of the Pakistan national team for 12 months.

Tait will be joining Saqlain Mushtaq and Mohammad Yusuf in the coaching panel before the start of the series against Australia, scheduled to start from March 4 in Rawalpindi.

Tait, a former Australian quick, came to Bangladesh as the pace bowling coach of Chattogram Challengers, but he was made the stand-in coach after their head coach Paul Nixon returned to England.

The right-arm pacer previously worked as the pace bowling coach of the Afghanistan national team. -TBP
