Bangladesh Cricket Board will finally allow spectators in the Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League but in a limited capacity, said BCB director Tanvir Ahmed Titu.

But the tickets will not be sold in counters, said the media committee chairman.

“Three to four thousand spectators will be allowed to come in the SBNCS, but to avoid crowding, we are not going to sell the tickets in counters,” Titu told the journalists on Sunday.

The BCB director said that the franchises will have to buy tickets straight from the board as per their requirements.

“We will provide tickets through the participating franchises, so that they can supply tickets to their fans who can come and enjoy their team’s matches by maintaining social distancing,” Titu told the reporters. – TBP
