BFF Academy beats Nofel

BFF Elite Academy beat Nofel Sports Academy 2-1 in the opening fixture of the Bangladesh Championship League 2021-22 at the Bir Shrestha Shaheed Sipahi Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Dhaka.

The Bangladesh Championship League, consisting of 12 teams, is the second tier of Bangladesh Football after the Bangladesh Premier League.

Mirajul opened the scoring in the 21st minute to put BFF Academy ahead before doubling the lead in the 29th minute. Nofel Sports got one back through Hefaz in the 85th minute, but it was not enough as it ended 2-1 for BFF Academy.

In the other match, Fortis drew 0-0 with Gopalganj SC.– TBP
