Muktijoddha clinch victory by a late goal

Bangladesh Muktijoddha SKC beat Swadhinata KS 2-1 in the Bangladesh Premier League on Friday at the Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni Stadium in Gopalganj.

Bosnian forward Nedo got the lead for Swadhinata in the 54th minute but it was cancelled out by Murad’s own goal in the 80th minute.

Muktijoddha’s Japanese centre-forward Misawa scored the winning goal in the 83rd minute.

This was Muktijoddha’s first win in this season.

The encounter between Fortis Football Club Ltd and Azampur Football Club Uttara in The Bangladesh Championship League 2021-22 ended in a goalless draw. – TBP
