Former Cricketer Mahmudul Hasan Shaju passed away on Saturday in Dhaka at the age of 75.
He was a medium-pacer, who played for prominent clubs like Mohammedan Sporting and Young Pegasus in the Dhaka league.
A notable pacer, who played in the 70s, made his name for himself in the domestic circuit.
Shaju was one of the members of the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s special committee formed in 2007 for restructuring domestic cricket.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board expressed their condolences on the passing of the former cricketer. – TBP
