Bangladesh’s participation in the tri-nation series against New Zealand and Pakistan was confirmed on Tuesday as New Zealand Cricket revealed the fixtures of the series.
The Tigers will play in the T20 tri-nation series, which will run from October 7 to October 14, as part of preparations for the T20 World Cup in Australia, starting from October 17.
The series will be played in a double-round Robin system, with teams playing each other twice and all the matches will be held at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch.
Bangladesh will take on Pakistan in the opening fixture on October 7 and will face the same opposition on October 13 to conclude the qualifying matches.
The final will take place on October 14.
The Women’s team will tour New Zealand for the first time to play a complete white-ball series against the White Ferns, including three T20Is and three One-Day Internationals to be played in December.
The series will start with the T20s on December 2, 4, and 7, while the ODIs will take place on December 11, 14, and 18.
