BFF announce squad for FIFA friendlies

Bangladesh Football Federation announced the national team squad for their upcoming FIFA tier-1 matches against Cambodia and Nepal.

National team head coach Javier Cabrera disclosed the squad during a press conference at the BFF office in Dhaka on Thursday.

Bangladesh will play against Cambodia in Cambodia on September 22, and the second match will be on September 27 against Nepal in Nepal.

The red-and-greens’ resident camp will begin on August 27, with the players checking in at the Best Western Plus Maya in Dhaka the previous day. The training during the camp will be held at the field of the APBN field in Dhaka.

Bangladesh called up four goalkeepers, nine defenders, 10 midfielders, and four forwards.

12 players were called up from Bangladesh Premier League Champions Bashundhara Kings, four from Saif Sporting Club, three from Abahani Ltd, and three from Sheikh Russel KC.
