The Bangladesh Cricket Board announced on Wednesday that India A team will visit Bangladesh for two four-day unofficial Test matches against the Bangladesh A side later this month.
India A will arrive in Bangladesh on November 25 and will play their first match from November 29 to November 2. The second match will be played from December 6 to December 9 after three days of rest time following the first match.
Both matches will start at 9:30 AM. Venues of the series are yet to be announced, but the possible venues are said to be Cox’s Bazar and Sylhet.
The Indian A side is rumoured to include a couple of players from their Test side.
The Bangladesh A team recently toured Tamil Nadu to play a couple of four-day matches against the Tamil Nadu XI.
After the World Cup, the Indian national team will be coming to Bangladesh for a bilateral series in December. The tour will feature three One-Day Internationals and two Test matches between December 1 to December 26. The three ODIs will be in Dhaka on December 4, 7, and 10, followed by the first Test at Chattogram on December 14-18. The second Test will be in Dhaka from December 22 to December 26.
