The Australian cricket team members will go straight to the airport to onboard the Qantas chartered flight QF6027 which will take them to Sydney, said the Bangladesh Cricket Board physician Debashish Chowdhury.
The Australian cricket team maintained a strict bio-security protocol throughout the entire tour with the no-touch policy that barred them from shaking hands with the players from the Bangladesh team.
They arrived in Bangladesh from the Caribbean in a chartered flight, the first-ever touchdown of a Qantas flight in Dhaka on July 29, and now another aircraft have already reached Dhaka to take back the Aussies home.
Debashish told The Business Post that, the Australian team has left the hotel and will head to the airport straight from the stadium.
"The Australian team has left the hotel and they will go straight to the airport to take the chartered flight back home," he said.
