Bangladesh are batting first in the second Twenty20 international of their three-match series against Pakistan at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka.

Bangladesh skipper Mahmudullah Riyad won the toss Saturday for the second match in a row and opted to bat first again.

Mahmudullah said at the toss that he felt the wicket was good for batting.

“It’s very difficult to predict the wicket. Looks like a good wicket to bat on. If we can put on a good total, then we will try to defend it,” he said.

On the other hand, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam said that they were looking to bowl first, meaning both teams got it their way.

Bangladesh fielded an unchanged side, whereas Pakistan brought in one change as Shaheen Shah Afridi replaced the player of the match from the first T20I, Hasan Ali.

Bangladesh lost the first match of the series by four wickets as Pakistan chased down 128 with four balls to spare.
