New Zealand cricket team on Tuesday arrived in Dhaka for their five-match twenty20 international series.
A Singapore Airlines flight carrying the players landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 12:05pm on Tuesday.
The members of the squad directly moved on their way to Hotel Intercontinental through the VIP terminal after the immigration process being managed there.
They will be in isolation for three days before starting practice at the Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
Two members of the squad, Colin de Grandhomme and Finn Allen arrived in Dhaka on August 20 as they flew in after playing in ‘The 100’ in England.
New Zealand have come to Bangladesh with a second-string side as none of the players from their T20 World Cup squad has been included in the tour.
The five-match series between Bangladesh and New Zealand will start on September 1 followed by matches on September 3, 5, 7 and 9.
