Chattogram Challengers unveiled their team jersey for the eighth edition of Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) in a lavish ceremony on Monday.
Franchise Chairman and Managing Director KM Rifatuzzaman and Vice-President Sajnin Khan officially handed over the jersey to Head Coach Paul Nixon and the team players in the ceremony held in a hotel in Dhaka.
“We are celebrating the golden jubilee of independence, which is why the team jersey was designed with various elements depicting the country’s glory. We tried to pay sincere tribute to the martyred heroes of the country,” Rifatuzzaman said.
“We believe that the young generation will take the country very far,” he said, adding that this is why the Chattogram Challengers team mostly comprises of young players.
At the same event, Chattogram Challengers also unveiled their official website (www.ctgchallengers.com).
Chattogram Challengers Head Coach Paul Nixon, Bowling Coach Shaun Tait, local and foreign players, video analyst, trainers, among others, were also present at the ceremony.
Chattogram Challengers Chief Operating Officer Syed Easir Alam expressed thanks to all in attendance in a speech.
