Itinerary for Afghanistan series announced

The Bangladesh Cricket Board announced the itinerary for Afghanistan’s Tour of Bangladesh 2023 where they will play one Test, three One-day internationals, and two Twenty-20 internationals starting from 14 June.

The Afghan Cricket team will arrive in Dhaka on June 10. They have an optional training session on the next day. They will play the Tigers for the only Test match of the series at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka from June 14 to June 18.

After the one-off Test, there will be a short break for the Eid-ul-Adha and Afghanistan will leave Dhaka for India and return on the first of July.

After the break, the series will resume with the first ODI on July 5 at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram. The next two ODIs will be on July 8 and July 11.

The T20s will be held on July 14 and July 16 at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet.

The Afghans will depart on July 17.
