Japan and South Korea will meet in the final of the AHF Asian Champions Trophy 2021 today as both the teams won the semifinal matches against India and Pakistan respectively.
South Korea played the first semifinal against Pakistan and they clinched a thriller by winning 6-5 against the Green Shirts.
Korea’s Jang Jong Hyun scored four goals for his side.
Pakistan took the lead in just three minutes but finally, it was Korea who had the last laugh with Hyan’s fourth goal in the 56th minute of the match.
In the second semifinal, Japan defeated India by 5-3 to book a spot in the finals.

Now the archrivals India and Pakistan will meet in the third position play-off match on Wednesday afternoon while South Korea and Japan will meet in the final on the evening.
