Lalmatia Club and Gazi Tyres Cricket Academy finished as champions and the runners-ups respectively in the Dhaka Second Division Cricket League 2021-22.
Both Lalmatia and Gazi tyres Cricket Academy are promoted to the First Division Cricket League and will participate in the 2022-23 season.
Gulshan Youth Club and Old Dhaka got relegated to the third division from second division.
