The Mongolia national football team arrived in Sylhet on Sunday afternoon to play an international friendly match against Bangladesh.
Earlier, the Mongolian team left Dhaka for Sylhet at 11:30am. They will train in their first practice session at the Sylhet District Stadium from 6:00pm on the same day.
Mongolian footballers landed in Bangladesh at 9:00pm on Saturday.
Bangladesh will play their second FIFA tier-1 international friendly match against Mongolia at the Sylhet District Stadium on Tuesday.
Bangladesh lost 2-0 in their first friendly match against Maldives earlier this week.
Currently, Mongolia are in 184th place in the FIFA world rankings, two places ahead of hosts Bangladesh, who sit 186th.
Newly-appointed Bangladesh coach, Javier Cabrera, will look to get his first win as head-coach after the loss against Maldives in his first assignment.
