Second T20I: Bangladesh choose to bowl against New Zealand

Bangladesh have opted to bowl first after winning the toss in the second Twenty20 International of the three-match series against host New Zealand at McLean Park, Napier on Tuesday considering the D/L method and also the overcast condition there.

Worrying that rain could be a major factor in the match today, captains of both teams wanted to bowl first. However, Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah won the toss and took the opportunity.

Both teams have made one change each to their side. On the Bangladesh side, Mustafizur Rahman has been replaced by pacer Taskin Ahmed. Mushfiqur Rahim is still out of the game due to his shoulder injury.

On the other hand, Kiwi pacer Adam Milne, who has been out of international cricket for almost two years, replaces Lockie Ferguson for the game.

The visitors have lost the first game by 66 runs. So this match is a chance for the Tigers to keep the series alive. The third and final match of this series will take place on April 1.
