Bangladesh Under-19 cricket team suffered another heartbreak in their Sri Lanka tour as they lost the fourth youth one-day international of the series by only one wicket.
Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat first in Dambulla and the junior Tigers managed to score 224-8 in 50 overs.
Skipper SM Meherob (52) and Ariful Islam (50) both scored half-centuries. Dunith Wellalage took four wickets.
In reply, Sri Lanka U-19 team managed to reach the winning total with one wicket and three balls to spare. Raveen de Silva top scored for the hosts with 88 runs.
Earlier, Bangladesh U-19 team also suffered a defeat by only one run in the second youth ODI of the series.
Bangladesh U-19 team is yet to win a single match on this tour, with the last match of the series taking ssplace on Monday.
