Shares worth Tk 46 crore traded in DSE block market

Shares of 53 companies worth Tk 46.80 crore were traded in the block market of Dhaka Stock Exchange in the first trading day of the week on Monday.

A total of 70 lakh 75 thousand 566 shares were exchanged in 118 trades during the trading hours.

Among the companies, Gennex Infosys Limited had the highest turnover of Tk 7.45 crore, while Beximco Pharma had the second highest turnover of Tk 6.80 crore and Renata had the third highest turnover of Tk 5.03 crore.

Among the 50 other companies traded in the block market, Beacon Pharma’s trade amounted to Tk 3.11 crore, ACME Lab’s trade amounted to Tk 2.58 crore, KTL’s Tk 2.04 crore, EHL’ Tk 1.86 crore, Brac Bank’s trade amounted to Tk 1.78 crore, Orion Pharma’s Tk 1.79 crore, Dhaka Dying’s Tk 1.57 crore, Fine Foods’ Tk 0.85 crore, First Security Bank’s Tk 0.56 crore, Fortune’s Tk 0.94 crore, GBB Power’s Tk 0.92 crore, Aman Feed’s trade amounted to Tk 0.96 crore, ACI’s trade amounted to Tk 0.77 crore, Queen South’s Tk 0.78 crore and SPCL’s trade amounted to Tk 0.52 crore.
