Synesis IT to go public

Synesis IT has taken an initiative to get listed with the country’s stock exchanges, in order to raise fund from the capital market and expand its services.

The renowned IT solution company assigned AAA Finance Limited, a brokerage house, as its issue manager regarding the listing process.

However, Synesis IT was yet to decide how much capital it will collect from the capital market through its initial public offering (IPO) shares, said the company sources.

On Sunday, a memorandum of understanding was signed between AAA Finance and Synesis IT at the latter’s office in Dhaka in this regard.
