Shares worth Tk 51cr traded in DSE block market

Shares of 52 companies worth Tk 51.39 crore were traded in the block market of Dhaka Stock Exchange on Tuesday.   

A total of 9,113,536 shares were exchanged in 117 trades during the day’s trading session.

BNICL had the highest turnover of Tk 11.23 crore, followed by Safko Spinning and Genex Infosys of Tk 6.08 and Tk 3.55 crore respectively.

Among the 48 other companies traded in the block market, BEXIMCO Pharma’s trade amounted to Tk 4.54 crore, Aman Feed’s trade amounted to Tk 3.00 crore, SS Steel’s Tk 2.80 crore, Fortune Shoe’s Tk 2.80 crore, BEXIMCO’s Tk 2.64 crore, Sonali Paper’s Tk 1.29 crore, Power Grid’s Tk 1.24 crore, BD Thai’s Tk 1.17 crore, KTL’s Tk 95 lakh, Taufika’s Tk 95 lakh, RD Food’s Tk 92 lakh, BATBC’s trade amounted to Tk 87 lakh, KAY & QUE’s Tk 57 lakh and Makson Spinning’s trade amounted to Tk 55 lakh.
