Orion Pharma and Orion Infusion have recommended 12 per cent and 10 per cent cash dividends respectively to their shareholders for the year ending on June 30.
The two Orion Group companies will hold annual general meetings on December 19 to get the recommended dividends approved by the shareholders. The record date was set for November 29.
The development came at meetings of the companies’ boards of directors held on Monday afternoon. Orion Pharma reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 4.01 for the year 2020-21, up by 41 per cent from Tk 2.84 of the previous financial year.
Its net asset value per share stood at Tk 71.79 and net operation cash flow per share at Tk 11.07 in FY21, against Tk 68.69 and Tk 8.04 respectively of the previous year. The company disbursed 10 per cent dividends to its shareholders in the previous year.
On the other hand, Orion Infusion reported EPS of Tk 1.37, NAV Per share of 13.10, and NOCFPS of Tk1.40 for the FY21, against Tk 1.46, Tk 12.66 and Tk 3.01 of the previous year respectively.
