CSE congratulates newly elected BMBA leaders

The Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) has congratulated the newly elected leaders of Bangladesh Merchant Bankers Association (BMBA).

In a meeting with BMBA President Md Sayedur Rahman at the Chattogram bourse’s Dhaka office on Monday, CSE Chairman Asif Ibrahim also discussed various issues related to the development of the capital market.

They agreed to work in a coordinated manner for taking the market to new heights.

Also present on the occasion were CSE Director Major (Retd) Mohammad Emdadul Islam, BMBA Executive Member Mahbub H Majumder and former General Secretary Khairul Bashar Abu Taher Mohammad.

The BMBA elected the new committee recently for the next two years with Md Sayadur Rahman as president and Md Riyad Matin as secretary general.
