The shreholders of Lubricant blending company Lub-rref (Bangladesh) Limited have approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ending on June 30,2021.
The approval came at the 19th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held virtually on Monday, said a press release.
The dividend payout is not applicable for directors, sponsor shareholder and promoters.
The meeting was attended by Managing Director Mohammad Yousuf, Directors Salauddin Yousuf, Dr Israt Jahan, Independent Directors Prof Mohammad Moniruzzaman, Wahid Uddin Chowdhury, Company Secretary Md Moshihoor Rahman, Chief Financial Officer Mofizur Rahman, other senior executives and general shareholders.
Lube-rref (Bangladesh) Limited is an industrial project established with adequate equity investment.
They claim it to be a 100 per cent safe and reliable institution for investors as they have four decades of practical experience in the petrochemical and lubricants industry.
