Fuwang Food Elects New Chairman

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has elected Mr. Md. Afzal Hossain, nominated Director from Minori Bangladesh Limited as the Chairman of the Company. Earlier in January, the securities regulator BSEC approved an agreement of purchasing 7.61 per cent shares of Fu-Wang Food by Minori Bangladesh, an arm of Japan-based Minori Company.
