Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has ordered the securities exchanges to update their information as well as the data of listed companies on websites.
“The stock exchanges have been asked to take step to update their own information and companies’ annual reports, audited financials and list of board of directors on their websites,” read a letter issued on February 28.
The commission also directed the bourses to submit a report regarding the development within the next seven working days.
The letter, signed by BSEC Assistant Director Md Rayhan Kabir, was addressed to the managing directors of Dhaka and Chattogram stock exchanges.
